Emergency Care: Emergency situations arise, and we will do our best to respond to your problem promptly. In the event of a severe emergency or one in which you are in doubt, call 911 or go to the emergency room of the nearest hospital and ask them to contact the doctor. If the situation is not that severe, but one where you wish to contact the doctor, please telephone our office and the doctor will
be in touch with you directly or through office personnel giving you exact directions.
Prescriptions and Refills: All prescriptions and authorization for renewals should be requested during normal office hours. All refill requests will be called in at the pharmacy at the end of each business day. To serve you in a timely manner we appreciate if the patients call in at least a week before the refills expire.
If prior authorization is required by your insurance for any medications please contact your insurance carrier and ask them to fax the prior authorization form to the physician's office.
Referrals/Authorizations for Specialists, Procedures and Testing: It is the patient's responsibility to contact our referral office for any paperwork required for the above. Patients should call their insurance carrier in advance to get aquainted with their benefits. We prefer that patients make sure the front desk personnel copies all testing scripts before the patient leaves the office so that the sripts are turned in to the referral office.
Insurances: We accept most all insurances.
Fees and payments: We make every effort to keep down the cost of your medical care. You can help by paying when services are rendered. For your convenience we accept payments; cash, check, credit card. All patients with copays and deductibles are expected and required to pay at each visit before taken to the exam room.
No Show Appointments: No shows will be charged a fee for each and every missed appointment.
We would welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver you the best service in the industry.
